Responding to the escalating cost of health care for employers and employees, we offer a variety of health care plans, supplemental and alternative low cost plans that are designed to meet the basic requirements established by the employer. Our ability to utilize multiple insurance carriers and tailor the individual financial and human resources needs of our clients gives us an advantage over "captive" agents with limited access to alternatives. Voluntary Insurance Products

A full line of supplemental products — Cancer, Critical Illness, Disability, Life, Hospital Indemnity, Dental and Vision — compliment an employer’s offering of benefits to employees. A voluntary benefits program allows the employee the opportunity to choose benefits that address their specific needs. The employer can actually see a reduction in payroll taxes rather than an expense when offering these benefits through the Section 125 “cafeteria plan.” VBA offers voluntary insurance through Life Insurance Company of Alabama.
